Rendcore Technology Limited (“Rendcore,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a technology company incorporated and registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Our registered and principal office is located at 37 Oladogba street, Ikosi. Ketu, Lagos Nigeria.
Rendcore operates as a technology platform. We facilitate access to financial services, including but not limited to peer-to-peer currency exchange, international remittances, tuition and school fee payments, wallet services, and related financial technology solutions. Rendcore does not itself operate as a deposit-taking institution, commercial bank, or investment house. Users acknowledge and accept that Rendcore is not a bank, does not issue deposits, does not provide credit, and does not offer insurance or investment products of any kind.
All Services offered by Rendcore are provided strictly on an “as available” and “as is” basis, subject to regulatory permissions, operational limits, and the availability of third-party financial institutions and settlement networks. Rendcore provides no guarantee, representation, or warranty of uninterrupted availability, accuracy of rates, timeliness of transfers, or successful completion of any transaction.

Communications outside these official channels shall not be deemed valid or binding upon Rendcore. Rendcore shall not be held liable for any loss, miscommunication, or delay resulting from attempts to contact us outside the channels specified above.
1.3 Regulatory StatusRendcore operates within the framework of the financial services regulations of Nigeria and collaborates with licensed financial institutions for the execution and settlement of transactions. While Rendcore ensures that its partners hold appropriate licences, Rendcore itself is not a deposit-taking bank and does not independently hold or safeguard customer funds.
By using Rendcore, you acknowledge and agree that:
By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you:
(a) Are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
(b) Have provided true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration
(c) Are not subject to any law, regulation, or sanction that prohibits you from using financial services in Nigeria or in your country of residence;
(d) Will use the Services only for lawful, personal, or authorised business purposes and not for speculative, fraudulent, or prohibited activities;
(e) Accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements. Rendcore reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse, restrict, or terminate access to the Services to any person or entity without liability, explanation, or prior notice.
1.5 Updates to Your InformationYou are solely responsible for ensuring that all personal and contact information associated with your Rendcore account remains accurate, complete, and up to date.
2.1 Wallet Services
(a) Upon successful registration, Rendcore enables the creation of Naira electronic wallets in your name (the “Wallet”). The Naira Wallet allows you to store and transact in supported currencies.
(b) Wallets are issued and operated through regulated financial institutions. Rendcore does not itself issue deposits, hold funds on its balance sheet, or provide insurance on wallet balances.
(c) Wallets are designed solely as a payment and transaction tool. They are not intended, and must not be used, as a savings account, investment account, or store of value.
(d) Wallets may be restricted, suspended, or closed at Rendcore’s sole discretion, with or without notice, where required by law, regulation, compliance checks, or in the event of suspected misuse. Rendcore shall not be liable for any resulting loss, inconvenience, or disruption.
2.2 Currency Conversion
(a) Rendcore provides a platform for initiating currency conversion transactions for personal or business purposes. Funds may be delivered into a recipient’s wallet, bank account, or other approved channels depending on destination country requirements.
(b) Delivery times are estimates only. Rendcore does not guarantee immediate or specific settlement timelines and accepts no liability for delays caused by correspondent banks, clearing systems, regulatory reviews, or recipient institutions.
(c) You are solely responsible for ensuring that all recipient details (including account number, name, and bank details) are accurate. Rendcore is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect recipient due to errors or omissions in the information you provide.
(d) Rendcore does not guarantee that remittances will comply with laws or restrictions in the receiving country. It is your responsibility to ensure that transactions are lawful in both sending and receiving jurisdictions.
2.3 Tuition and School Fee Payments
(a) Rendcore provides a feature that allows you to make direct tuition and school fee payments to approved institutions in Nigeria and abroad. This service is provided strictly as a facilitation tool. Rendcore does not act as an agent of, or assume responsibility for, any educational institution.
(b) You may be required to upload supporting documentation (such as invoices, admission letters, or proof of enrollment) before payments are processed. Failure to provide accurate documentation may delay or prevent payment. Rendcore accepts no liability for such delays.
(c) Once a tuition payment is executed, it is generally irreversible. Rendcore is not responsible for any rejection, misallocation, or refund decisions made by the receiving institution.
(d) Rendcore shall not be held liable for consequences relating to admission, enrolment, visa issuance, or academic standing arising from tuition payments made through its platform.
2.4 Local Transactions
(a) Rendcore enables you to send and receive funds domestically within Nigeria using wallet-to-wallet transfers, wallet-to-bank transfers, or other supported methods.
(b) Domestic transactions are usually processed promptly, but Rendcore makes no guarantee of real-time settlement. Delays may occur due to issues with external payment networks, banks, or compliance checks.
(c) You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of beneficiary details. Rendcore is not liable for losses resulting from errors in account numbers, names, or other payment information supplied by you.
2.5 Transaction Tracking
(a) The Rendcore application provides tools for viewing balances, transaction history, receipts, and statements.
(b) Monthly statements are made available for your convenience.
(c) You must monitor your account activity regularly and report any unauthorised or suspicious transactions immediately. Rendcore is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to monitor your account.
2.6 No Banking Relationship
(a) Rendcore is not a bank, and the Wallet is not a bank account. Wallet balances do not earn interest and are not protected by the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).
(b) Your funds are safeguarded in compliance with applicable Nigerian law and held with regulated financial institutions, but Rendcore does not guarantee absolute protection against insolvency, fraud, or operational failure of such institutions.
(c) By using the Services, you acknowledge that you bear the full risk of relying on the safeguarding arrangements of third-party financial institutions, and you release Rendcore from any liability for loss of funds resulting from their acts, omissions, or insolvency.
3.1 Binding Agreement
(a) By clicking “Accept,” creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
(b) You acknowledge that these Terms form a binding legal contract between you and Rendcore, and that you use the Services entirely at your own risk.
(c) Rendcore provides no assurance, guarantee, or warranty regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Services.
3.2 Duration
(a) These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or Rendcore.
(b) Termination of your account does not release you from liabilities or obligations incurred before the date of termination.
3.3 Termination by You
(a) You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support or from the mobile app.
(b) Before closure, you must ensure that all transactions have been settled, all outstanding fees have been paid, and your wallet balance has been withdrawn.
(c) Rendcore may delay account closure where your account is subject to investigation, regulatory request, or unresolved dispute. Rendcore shall not be liable for any loss caused by such delay.
3.4 Termination or Suspension by Rendcore
(a) Rendcore may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where required by law, regulation, or in Rendcore’s absolute discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of suspected fraud, misuse, breach of these Terms, provision of false information, or any conduct that may harm Rendcore’s reputation or integrity.
(b) Upon termination, Rendcore may return any available balance to your linked bank account, subject to applicable fees, regulatory restrictions, or legal holds.
(c) Rendcore shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or losses suffered as a result of account suspension or termination.
4.1 Funding Your Wallet
(a) You may fund your wallet using methods displayed within the Rendcore application, including but not limited to: bank transfers, debit or credit cards, authorised payment initiation services, or channels made available through regulated financial institutions.
(b) All funding transactions are executed by third-party financial institutions. Rendcore does not guarantee the success, timeliness, or accuracy of such transactions. You bear full responsibility for providing correct details and ensuring that the source of funds is lawful and compliant with applicable regulations.
(c) Funds may be delayed, held, or rejected due to network issues, regulatory checks, fraud investigations, or errors at intermediary banks or payment providers. Rendcore is not liable for any delay, loss, or charge incurred in connection with such events.
(d) Funding is not complete until the funds are successfully cleared and reflected in your wallet. Rendcore has no obligation to credit funds until final settlement is confirmed by the relevant financial institution.
4.2 Use of Wallet
(a) Subject to these Terms, you may use your wallet to:
(b) Rendcore does not guarantee that any particular transfer, currency, or recipient will be supported at any given time. Service availability may be withdrawn, suspended, or modified without notice and without liability to you.
(c) You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all recipient details and transaction instructions. Rendcore will process transactions strictly on the basis of the information you provide and bears no liability for loss or misdirection of funds arising from incomplete or incorrect details.
4.3 Transaction Limits
(a) Rendcore applies daily, monthly, and per-transaction limits to wallet usage. These limits vary based on your account level, verification status, applicable Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations, and internal compliance requirements.
(b) Rendcore may modify limits at any time, with or without prior notice, for operational, security, or regulatory reasons.
(c) You must not attempt to bypass, manipulate, or avoid transaction limits. Rendcore may suspend or terminate your account if such activity is detected.
4.4 Reversals and Errors
(a) If funds are mistakenly credited to your wallet, Rendcore reserves the right to debit, reverse, or otherwise adjust such transactions without notice. You are not entitled to retain funds that do not rightfully belong to you.
(b) If you mistakenly send funds, Rendcore may at its discretion attempt to assist with recovery. However, Rendcore provides no guarantee that such funds can or will be retrieved, particularly where the recipient refuses or is unable to return them.
(c) You are solely responsible for errors in transaction instructions, including but not limited to entering the wrong account number, beneficiary name, or currency. Rendcore shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from your error.
4.5 Negative Balances
(a) You must not maintain or operate a negative wallet balance. Rendcore does not extend credit or overdraft facilities under any circumstance.
(b) If, due to fees, charges, or transaction reversals, your wallet balance becomes negative, you are required to immediately top up your account to restore a positive balance.
(c) Rendcore reserves the right to recover any negative balance by debiting linked accounts, withholding incoming funds, or initiating recovery proceedings. Rendcore shall not be liable for any costs or damages you incur as a result of such recovery actions.
5.1 Protection of Client Money
(a) Funds in your wallet are safeguarded by being held in segregated accounts with regulated financial institutions in Nigeria and, where applicable, abroad. This segregation is intended to protect your funds in the event of Rendcore’s insolvency.
(b) Notwithstanding the above, Rendcore provides no guarantee that funds will always be fully recoverable in the event of failure, insolvency, or operational disruption of a third-party financial institution. You acknowledge and accept that such risks are inherent in the use of financial services.
5.2 No Investment or Interest
(a) Wallet funds are not invested, lent, or otherwise utilised by Rendcore. They remain idle and safeguarded in accounts with regulated institutions.
(b) Wallet balances do not accrue interest, dividends, or any other form of return. Rendcore bears no obligation to enhance, increase, or otherwise manage the value of your wallet balance.
5.3 Transfers and Settlement
(a) Safeguarding protection ceases immediately once funds are transferred from your wallet for settlement to a beneficiary account or processed by a third-party payment institution. After this point, Rendcore assumes no liability for the delivery, timing, or success of such funds.
(b) Rendcore does not guarantee the completion of any transfer or settlement within a particular timeframe. Settlement times are subject to banking hours, network conditions, regulatory checks, and the performance of external institutions.
(c) Rendcore is not responsible for losses, fees, or charges deducted by intermediary banks, receiving banks, or payment processors during settlement.
(d) You acknowledge that once funds leave your wallet, Rendcore’s obligations with respect to safeguarding end, and any risk of loss rests entirely with you and the receiving institution.
6.1 Your Responsibilities
You agree that you shall, at all times:
(a) Keep your login credentials, passwords, PINs, and security codes strictly confidential and never disclose them to any other person, whether intentionally or negligently;
(b) Use a strong and unique password that is not reused across other platforms, and update it regularly;
(c) Ensure that the devices you use to access the Services are secured with updated operating systems, antivirus software, and firewall protections;
(d) Avoid using shared, public, or insecure devices and networks to access your account;
(e) Immediately log out of your account when not in use, especially where access is made on shared or public devices;
(f) Monitor your account activity regularly and promptly notify Rendcore of any suspicious, unauthorised, or irregular activity;
(g) Refrain from engaging in any conduct that may compromise the integrity, security, or functionality of the Services, including but not limited to attempting to bypass security protocols, reverse engineering, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
6.2 Fraud and Liability
(a) You are solely liable for all instructions and transactions carried out on your account, whether initiated by you or by a third party using your credentials, unless you can conclusively demonstrate that you met all security obligations and that the breach occurred solely due to Rendcore’s proven negligence.
(b) Rendcore is under no obligation to refund unauthorised transactions where:
(c) Where unauthorized transactions occur due to your negligence, fraud, or failure to meet your obligations, you will bear full liability and must indemnify Rendcore for any losses, claims, or damages arising from such activity.
(d) Rendcore will only consider reimbursement for unauthorised transactions in extremely limited cases, and only where you can prove beyond reasonable doubt that you fully complied with your security obligations and that the transaction resulted directly from a system error exclusively attributable to Rendcore.
7.1 Transparency
(a) Fees applicable to your transactions will be displayed in-app before you authorise a payment.
(b) By confirming a transaction, you accept the fees associated with that transaction. Rendcore is not liable for misunderstandings or misinterpretations of fee structures.
(c) Fees may vary depending on currency, payment method, destination country, or intermediary charges. Rendcore makes no guarantee that fees will remain constant or comparable to other providers.
7.2 Types of Fees
You acknowledge that the following categories of fees may apply:(a) Transaction Fees: Charges imposed by Rendcore for services such as remittances, tuition payments, wallet-to-bank transfers, and currency exchanges.
(b) Partner Bank/Intermediary Charges: Costs imposed by banks, correspondent institutions, or payment processors involved in settlement. These charges are outside Rendcore’s control and may be deducted from the transaction amount without prior notice.
(c) Regulatory Levies: Mandatory taxes, duties, or levies imposed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), or other authorities. Rendcore passes these charges on to you and accepts no liability for their imposition or calculation.
(d) Currency Conversion Costs: Where applicable, transactions denominated in a currency different from your wallet or card may attract additional conversion costs applied by settlement partners or card issuers. Rendcore shall not be liable for the exchange rate applied by such institutions.
7.3 Updates to Fees
(a) Rendcore reserves the right to revise its fee structure at any time for operational, regulatory, or market reasons.
(b) Changes to fees will be communicated to you through the application or via other official communication channels.
(c) Continued use of the Services after notification of revised fees constitutes your acceptance of the new charges.
(d) Rendcore is under no obligation to refund fees once a transaction has been executed.
8.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements
(a) Before you may access or continue using Rendcore Services, you must provide valid identification and verification documents, including but not limited to:
(b) You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information and documents provided are accurate, authentic, current, and not misleading. Rendcore accepts no liability for delays, losses, or rejections caused by invalid, expired, or falsified documents.
(c) Rendcore reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to reject, suspend, or terminate any account where KYC requirements are not fully satisfied, without liability to you for any resulting loss of funds, opportunities, or business.
(d) Your failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by Rendcore may result in freezing of your account or blocking of transactions. Rendcore bears no responsibility for inconvenience, delay, or consequential loss arising from such actions.
8.2 Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) Obligations
(a) You acknowledge and agree that Rendcore is required by law to monitor accounts and transactions for suspicious activity and to report such activity to the NFIU, law enforcement agencies, or other competent authorities.
(b) Rendcore may, without prior notice, suspend, delay, reverse, or refuse to process any transaction where:
(c) Rendcore shall not be liable for any loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage suffered by you as a result of actions taken in compliance with AML/CFT obligations.
(d) You indemnify and hold Rendcore harmless against any investigation, claim, penalty, or liability arising from your failure to comply with applicable AML/CFT laws or regulations.
(e) Rendcore reserves the right to permanently close your account, block your access to the Services, and retain your funds if required by law or if your conduct creates material risk of regulatory sanction.
9.1 Prohibited Activities
You must not use Rendcore for, or in connection with:
(a) Money laundering, terrorism financing, or any activity prohibited under Nigerian or international law;
(b) Transactions relating to gambling, betting, narcotics, arms, ammunition, human trafficking, or any trade restricted by applicable law;
(c) Transactions with persons, entities, or countries subject to economic sanctions, embargoes, or restrictions;
(d) Acting as an unlicensed payment processor, money transmitter, or financial intermediary on behalf of third parties;
(e) Abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct, including attempts to defraud Rendcore, other users, or partner institutions;
(f) Circumventing or attempting to bypass Rendcore’s transaction limits, security measures, or compliance checks.
9.2 Consequences of Breach
(a) Rendcore may immediately suspend or terminate your account if you engage in prohibited activities, with or without notice.
(b) Rendcore may report your activities to relevant regulators, enforcement agencies, and financial intelligence units, as required by law.
(c) You are solely liable for all losses, penalties, claims, or damages that arise from your breach of this Section, and you agree to indemnify Rendcore against any resulting liability.
(d) Rendcore shall not be responsible for any loss of funds, opportunities, or goodwill suffered by you as a result of enforcement of these restrictions.
10.1 Our Responsibility
(a) Rendcore’s responsibility is limited to using reasonable technical and operational measures to execute payment instructions that are validly initiated by you and accepted by our platform.
(b) Rendcore does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or timely completion of transactions. You acknowledge that failures, delays, or disruptions may occur due to circumstances beyond Rendcore’s control.
(c) Transactions with persons, entities, or countries subject to economic sanctions, embargoes, or restrictions;
(d) Acting as an unlicensed payment processor, money transmitter, or financial intermediary on behalf of third parties;
10.2 Your Responsibility
You agree that you are solely and fully responsible for:
(a) All transactions initiated from your account, whether or not authorised by you, unless you can prove beyond reasonable doubt that you fully complied with all security obligations and the breach arose solely due to Rendcore’s direct negligence;
(b) Losses resulting from fraudulent or unauthorised use of your account where you shared your credentials, failed to secure your devices, or delayed reporting unauthorised access;
(c) Ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, tax obligations, and reporting requirements in Nigeria and in any other jurisdiction relevant to your transactions;
(d) Indemnifying and holding Rendcore harmless against any claim, penalty, fine, or liability arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws
10.3 Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event that Rendcore is found liable to you for any reason, our liability shall be strictly limited to the lower of:
(a) The total amount of the transaction giving rise to the claim; or
(b) One hundred thousand Naira (₦100,000) or equivalent in another currency.
This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise.
11.1 Rendcore may suspend, restrict, or close your account immediately and without liability if:
(a) Required to do so by law, regulation, or regulatory authority;
(b) You provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
(c) You engage in or attempt to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity;
(d) You breach these Terms or any applicable law;
(e) Rendcore, in its absolute discretion, determines that your continued use of the Services poses a risk to Rendcore, its users, or its reputation.
11.2 Upon closure, any remaining balance in your wallet will, where permitted by law, be returned to your linked bank account after deducting all outstanding fees, charges, and obligations. Rendcore shall not be liable for delays in returning funds caused by third parties, regulatory holds, or compliance investigations.
11.3 Rendcore shall not be liable for any damages, inconvenience, or loss of opportunity suffered by you as a result of suspension, restriction, or termination of your account.
12.1 Rendcore processes your personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and disclosure of your personal data for regulatory, contractual, and service delivery purposes.
12.2 You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) Your data may be shared with regulators, law enforcement, partner financial institutions, and service providers as required by law or for the proper provision of the Services;
(b) Data transmission over the internet is never entirely secure, and Rendcore does not guarantee the security of data transmitted electronically. You bear all risks associated with such transmissions;
(c) Rendcore shall not be liable for unauthorised access to your data where such access is beyond our reasonable control.
13.1 All intellectual property rights in Rendcore’s software, website, application, content, logos, and trademarks are owned by Rendcore Ltd or licensed to it.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Rendcore’s platform for personal purposes directly related to the Services.
13.3 You must not copy, scrape Rendcore’s websites or applications, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit Rendcore’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
13.4 Rendcore accepts no liability for your misuse of its intellectual property or for losses suffered by you as a result of reliance on third-party content, links, or materials accessible via the Services.
14.1 Complaints Process
(a) If you are dissatisfied with the Services, you should first contact Rendcore through the support channels listed in Section 1.2.
(b) Rendcore will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fifteen (7) business days, or thirty-five (35) business days where extended investigation is required.
(c) Rendcore’s decision on any complaint shall be final, subject only to your statutory right to escalate to regulators. Rendcore shall not be liable for any costs or damages you incur in pursuing a complaint.
14.2 Escalation
If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate your complaint to the Consumer Protection Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria or any other authority with jurisdiction. Rendcore shall not be liable for any decision, delay, or outcome of such escalation.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
15.2 Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria. You waive any right to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
15.3 Rendcore shall not be liable for any costs or damages associated with your decision to litigate, regardless of the outcome.
16.1 Rendcore reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time in order to reflect changes in law, regulation, technical requirements, or business practices.
16.2 You will be notified of material changes at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
16.3 Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and close your account before the effective date.
16.4 Rendcore shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience you may suffer as a result of changes to these Terms or your decision to discontinue using the Services.
