Rendcore Cashback Program - Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the Rendcore Cashback Program (the “Program”), designed to reward users for actively using Rendcore to send money internationally. By participating, you can earn Cashback Points that reduce fees on eligible future transactions. Participation in this Program constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions. Rendcore (“we”, “us”, or “Rendcore”) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

This Program is intended to:

Encourage continued engagement with Rendcore’s services.
Reward frequent and responsible usage of the platform
Provide tangible benefits to loyal users while maintaining fairness and integrity.

What are Cashback Points?

Cashback Points are digital, non-cash rewards that you can earn by completing eligible transactions on Rendcore. Points:

Cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, or transferred.
Are only redeemable within Rendcore to reduce fees on eligible money transfers.
Are awarded at Rendcore’s discretion, based on a variable calculation reflecting the transaction type, amount, frequency, or other factors.
May be adjusted, revoked, or withheld if transactions are reversed, canceled, fail, or are deemed fraudulent or abusive.
Expire 30 days after being credited unless otherwise specified.

Important: Cashback Points do not represent currency or electronic money and are intended solely for reducing fees on eligible transactions.

Eligibility

To participate and earn points, you must:

Have a valid Rendcore account.
Complete your account setup according to Rendcore’s KYC requirements.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Rendcore policies.
Conduct transactions through official Rendcore mobile app platforms.

How to Earn Cashback Points

Cashback Points can be earned by completing eligible transactions or tasks. Examples include:

Task	Points	Conditions
Completing your first transaction	Up to 5 points	After a successful first transaction.
Complete 5 transactions in a calendar month	Up to 10 points	Only successful transactions within the same month qualify.
Convert at least $1000 in a single transaction	Up to 15 points	Transactions must meet or exceed $1000.
Convert $5,000 or more in a single month	Up to 20 points	Cumulative monthly conversions must meet or exceed $5,000.

Additional Notes:

Points awarded are variable and at Rendcore’s discretion, based on transaction value, type, and frequency.
Only eligible transactions through official Rendcore channels qualify.
Transactions that are reversed, canceled, failed, or flagged as suspicious will not earn points.
Fraudulent or manipulative activity may result in forfeiture of points.

Redeeming Cashback Points

Points can only be redeemed to reduce transaction fees on eligible money transfers.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
Points expire 30 days from issuance. Expired points will be automatically forfeited.
Rendcore may adjust, revoke, or cancel points in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Redemption of points is subject to Rendcore’s platform rules, and the method or process may be updated from time to time.
To redeem points:
1. Log into the Rendcore app.
2. Select your eligible transaction.
3. Apply available Cashback Points at checkout to reduce fees.

Responsibilities of Participants

By participating in the Cashback Program, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information for all transactions.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Rendcore policies.
Avoid fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive actions designed to exploit the Program.
Notify Rendcore immediately of any unauthorized or suspicious activity.
Understand that points are awarded at Rendcore’s discretion, and are subject to change, adjustment, or revocation.
Acknowledge that points have no fixed monetary value and are intended solely for fee reduction on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Rendcore shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the Program, including:
1. Lost points or rewards.
2. Failed or delayed transactions.
3. Technical or system failures.
Rendcore does not guarantee the number of points earned, timing of issuance, or outcome from redemption.
Participation in the Program is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

General Terms

Rendcore reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in:
1. Forfeiture of points.
2. Suspension or termination of accounts.
Participants may direct any questions, complaints, or requests for clarification to support@rendcore.com.
Rendcore may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational, legal, or promotional changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
The Program is designed to reward genuine users and encourage ongoing engagement, while maintaining fairness and security for all participants.

Updates will include a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our platforms after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
