The Program is designed to reward our users for inviting friends, family members, or other individuals with whom they have a personal relationship to join and actively use Rendcore’s platform and services. Rewards are granted in the form of Referral Points and Bonus, which are subject to the terms outlined below.

Rendcore (“we”, “us”, or “Rendcore”) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part thereof at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, altering eligibility criteria, revising reward structures, or adjusting the methods for earning and redeeming points. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

The Program is intended to promote ethical and genuine referrals. All participation must comply with these Terms & Conditions, Rendcore’s general Terms of Use, and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Referrer: An existing Rendcore user who has an active, valid account and who invites new users (Invitees) to join Rendcore using a unique referral code or referral link. The Referrer is responsible for ensuring that invitations are sent only to individuals with whom they have a personal relationship and for complying with all obligations in these Terms & Conditions.

Invitee: A new user who is invited to join Rendcore through a Referrer’s referral link or code, and who successfully completes the account registration process and fulfills the eligibility requirements for a Valid Rendcore Account.

Referral Code: A unique alphanumeric code or clickable link provided by Rendcore to each Referrer, used to track invitations and link Invitees to the Referrer. Referral Codes are personal and non-transferable.

Valid Rendcore Account: An account that has successfully completed Rendcore’s required Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, or any account authorized for use under Rendcore’s policies. Only Valid Rendcore Accounts are eligible for participation in the Program.

Referral Points: Non-cash rewards that are awarded to Referrers based on Invitees’ actions that meet the eligibility criteria defined in these Terms & Conditions. Referral Points are non-transferable,non-redeemable for cash, and can only be redeemed in accordance with the Program’s rules.

Participant: Any individual participating in the Program, whether as a Referrer or an Invitee. The term encompasses both parties equally.

1. 1. Legal Capacity: Participants must be of the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. Individuals who do not meet this requirement are not eligible to participate.
2. 2. Compliance: Participants must comply with Rendcore’s general Terms of Use and all applicablelaws, regulations, and governmental requirements in their country of residence. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any earned points.
3. 3. Referrer Relationships: Referrers may only invite individuals with whom they have a pre-existing personal relationship. Inviting strangers, sending unsolicited communications, or engaging in any form of spam or coercion is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of Referral reward and potential suspension or closure of accounts.
4. 4. Invitee New Account Requirement: Invitees must not have previously created or held a Rendcore account. Only new users are eligible for participation through a referral.
5. 5. Single Participation: Each individual may participate as an Invitee only once. Duplicate registrations using multiple accounts are prohibited and may be treated as fraudulent activity.

• Rendcore reserves the right to verify the identity, eligibility, and actions of all Participants.
• Any Participant found to be attempting to manipulate the Program, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise violate these Terms & Conditions may have all earned reward revoked, and their accounts may be suspended or permanently closed.
• Participation in the Program implies consent for Rendcore to process relevant personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, specifically for the purposes of tracking referrals, awarding rewards, and ensuring compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

• Rendcore may, at any time and without prior notice, update the rules, eligibility criteria, rewards structure, or any other aspect of the Program.
• Invitations sent and accepted before any modification or termination may still be eligible for Referral reward, provided all applicable criteria are met at the time of completion.
• Rendcore is not liable for any losses, missed rewards, or perceived disadvantage resulting from modifications, suspension, or termination of the Program.
• Participants are encouraged to regularly check Rendcore communications and updates to stay informed of any changes to the Program.

• Consent: Ensure that you have obtained explicit consent from the Invitee before sharing any referral link or code. Sending referral links without consent is strictly prohibited.
• Authorized Links: Use only the referral codes or links provided by Rendcore. Sharing unofficial or modified links may result in disqualification from the Program.
• Transparency: Inform your Invitees that you may earn Referral reward when they join and participate in the Program. You must not mislead Invitees about the nature of rewards or benefits.
• Respect and Conduct:
  1. Refrain from exerting undue influence, pressure, or coercion.
  2. Do not send unsolicited or spam communications.
  3. Respect the privacy and preferences of Invitees, including their right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Tax and Legal Compliance: Referrers are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, duties, or other legal obligations related to Referral reward or any benefits earned through the Program, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Discretion and Revocation:
  1. Referral rewards are awarded solely at Rendcore’s discretion.
  2. Rewards may be adjusted, withheld, or revoked in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Non-Transferability: Referral Rewards are non-transferable,non-exchangeable for cash, and may only be redeemed according to the rules defined within the Program.
• Good Faith Participation: Referrers are expected to act honestly and in good faith. Any attempt to manipulate the Program or exploit loopholes may result in forfeiture of rewards, account suspension, or termination.

• Accurate Information: Provide true, complete, and accurate information when creating a Rendcore account, including personal and contact details. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in disqualification from the Program.
• Consent for Information Sharing: Consent to the disclosure of non-sensitive account information necessary for the Referrer to earn Referral rewards. This may include confirmation of account activation, completion of eligible actions, or participation in the Program.
• Fraud Reporting: Notify Rendcore immediately if you suspect any fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized activity related to your account or the Program. Prompt reporting helps protect both Invitees and Referrers.
• Program Discretion: Understand that all rewards are subject to Rendcore’s discretion and eligibility criteria. Participation does not guarantee rewards, and Rendcore may withhold, adjust, or revoke points in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Withdrawal of Consent: Invitees may withdraw consent for sharing information with Referrers at any time by contacting Rendcore’s Privacy Team. Once consent is withdrawn, the Referrer may no longer earn rewards based on your account activity.
• Good Faith Participation: Invitees must participate honestly and lawfully, without attempting to manipulate the Program, create multiple accounts, or engage in activities that could be considered fraudulent or abusive.

• Earning Points: Referral Points are earned when Invitees complete eligible actions on the Rendcore platform, as determined by Rendcore at its sole discretion. Eligible actions may include, but are not limited to, the creation of a Valid Rendcore Account and completion of any required onboarding steps.
• Discretion of Rendcore: The awarding of Referral Points is entirely at Rendcore’s discretion. Rendcore reserves the right to change the value, terms, or conditions of Referral Points at any time. Points may also be withdrawn or revoked without prior notice in cases of abuse, suspicious activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• Non-Cash Nature: Referral Points do not constitute currency, electronic money, or cash. Points are redeemable only within the Rendcore platform according to the redemption rules and criteria defined by Rendcore.
• Validity Period: Referral Points are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Points not used within this period will be automatically forfeited.
• Non-Transferability: Referral Points are strictly non-transferable. They cannot be sold, exchanged, gifted, or combined with other users’ points unless explicitly permitted by Rendcore.

• Personal Relationships Only: Referrers may invite only individuals with whom they have a genuine personal relationship. Sending invitations to strangers or using automated/spam methods is strictly prohibited.
• Duplicate Referrals: If multiple Referrers invite the same Invitee, only the first accepted referral (as determined by Rendcore in its sole discretion) will receive the Referral Points. Subsequent referrals for the same Invitee will not be eligible for points.
• Maximum Participation: Rendcore reserves the right to limit the number of referrals a single Referrer can make within a given period or lifetime.

• Redemption Rules: Points may be redeemed for products, services, or other rewards made available by Rendcore on the platform. Redemption is subject to availability and adherence to any minimum thresholds or criteria specified by Rendcore.
• Revocation of Points: Rendcore may delay, cancel, revoke, or modify points in cases of suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Non-Cash and Non-Transferable: Referral Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another user, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

• No Liability for Damages: Rendcore shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of points, or reputational impact.
• No Guarantees: Rendcore makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, timing, or outcomes of rewards or the performance of Invitees. Participation in the Program is entirely at your own risk.
• Responsibility of Participants: Participants are responsible for all actions taken in connection with the Program, including compliance with local tax and legal obligations.

• Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions, as well as any disputes arising from the Program, shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Jurisdiction: Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts for any claims, disputes, or legal proceedings relating to the Program.
• International Participants: Any international users participating in the Program are responsible for complying with local laws in their country of residence. Rendcore disclaims liability for any local legal or regulatory issues arising outside Nigeria.

• Program Amendments: Rendcore reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Changes may include adjustment of rewards, eligibility criteria, or point values.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes, claims, or disagreements relating to the Program will be resolved at Rendcore’s reasonable discretion. Participants agree to accept Rendcore’s interpretation of eligibility, points, and rewards as final.
• Fraud and Abuse: Participants engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior may have Referral Points forfeited , and their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
• Customer Support: Questions, complaints, or requests for clarification regarding the Program can be directed to support@rendcore.com, where Rendcore’s team will respond in a timely and professional manner.
